Virtue Pack

Environmental contractors, consultants and engineers

Virtue Pack lets an environmental contractor, consultant or engineer transfer most of their business risk to a single policy. Supplemental coverages such as contractual liability, emergency expense, crisis management, completed operations, transportation pollution and non-owned disposal sites are built in.

Automatic additional insured, waiver of subrogation and primary non-contributory wording apply where a written contract requires them. The policy can also satisfy contractors pollution requirements on a project-specific basis.

Excess environmental liability is available over our primary policy, or on a monoline basis above other qualified carriers.

Virtue Guard

Storage tank owners, operators and commercial property owners

Virtue Guard lets an insured's covered underground storage tanks comply with federal and state UST financial responsibility requirements. Defense is covered outside the limit required for UST compliance.

Aboveground tank and location-specific environmental liabilities can be added under a completely separate limit, so they never reduce the UST compliance limit. Coverage can be written over or around any state environmental fund without jeopardizing that fund.

The program is worth considering for any commercial property owner, including petroleum marketers and non-marketers. Excess environmental liability is available above other qualified carriers.

Virtue Pledge + Excess

Middle-market specialty contractors and consultants

Virtue Pledge lets multi-discipline contractors and consultants transfer most of their business risk to one policy, including general liability, contingent environmental, professional liability and excess liability.

The program launched in June 2023 with PartnerRe Insurance Solutions Bermuda Ltd., rated A+ (Superior) by AM Best, and is written for middle-market specialty contractors and consultants.
